New session alert - Weight Training Wednesday

Want to know what’s better than reaching hump day….? Reaching a Wednesday evening and pulling some serious weight!

Because of the popularity of our Weight Training sessions, we have added another class into the mix at 7pm on Wednesdays.

Hector will be taking this class and pushing and pulling you to the max, helping you to tone your muscles, get stronger and leaner as you do so.

He’s also a stickler for technique so he can show you the right form if you haven’t done it before, and make sure you become the best you can be!

Strength training such as weight training is great for the whole body, especially the core and will help you get a better posture, feel better and get fit quick.
